I went to buy a baby sipper at Wal-mart and got it checked out, when I checked the rate of the sipper it was 3 dollars more than what it was priced there. I told the billing agent that the price was incorrect and she called a person from their customer service to go and check the price. He came back to us and said I was right and the price displayed there was not reflecting in her system. She apologized for the inconvenience and offered me the sipper for free of cost for helping her to correct the price.
